This kit is the stuff we actually use — the spreadsheets we open every time, the questions we ask before we plan a single activity, the workbooks that help us shape gatherings people carry with them.
Consulting Packages
Project-based capacity building, community strategy, and program development. We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client.
Design Sprints
A four-week cohort sprint where you bring a real gathering you're designing, an offsite, a community launch, an onboarding redesign, an annual conference, a member program reset, and we go through the design process with you, week by week.
Book Club
Not your typical book club. Designed specifically so that if you haven’t read the book you can still get something out of it. We think of it as a gentle, low-lift way to stay connected to the ideas that influence our work. Roughly each quarter we choose one book that has shaped (or challenged) the way we think.
Concierge
When you have a gathering or community program that needs more than a workbook or a sprint can give you, we step in. We work alongside your team (or quietly behind it) to design the experience, build the plan, and run as much of it as makes sense for you.
